Refunds & Billing

The short version: cancel anytime; a computed reading is final; we fix our own errors.

Subscriptions.

Cancel anytime in Account → Billing. You keep access to the end of the paid period; partial periods aren't refunded.

One-time reports & credits.

A reading is computed on purchase and sealed to your account, incurring immediate, non-recoverable compute cost, so completed readings are not refundable. A reading that failed to compute, or a duplicate charge, is refunded in full.

Errors on our side.

Duplicate charges, failed computations, and anything that fails our own reproducibility check are refunded in full. If a reading used wrong inputs, contact us within 14 days and we'll recompute at no charge.

The mechanics.

Prices in USD; taxes shown at checkout; processed by Stripe; statement reads ARCSEAL. Approved refunds return to the original method in ~5–10 business days.
